Running boots: +5 Move speed per level (This adds to the base for Sprint)
Jumping boots: 1% chance per boot level divided by combined wall levels to jump over a blocking wall each movement. (Must get to at least 1% to check at all.)
Bracers of quick attack: +1% atk speed per level.
Helm of alertness: Add cube root of helmet level to reaction range of hero base
Helm of clarity: 1% chance per helmet level to recover from stun each time the hero could have attacked.
Armor of resistance: Subtract armor level in % from energy scattered or time silenced on the wearer. (So a Scatter that would reduce Energy by 20 against a level 25 armor would only reduce Energy by 15 (i.e. 25% less effect.))
