I've reported numerous bugs in the last week and not one has been processed yet, do they even get checked because none of the bugs I reported have been fixed yet... Very poor customer service from IGG!
There are many customer service tickets that are being submitted. IGG doesn't have the time for all that, so they usually take the ones that are backed by many complaints. For example, all players are complaining about raids, so IGG focuses on fixing raids instead of the complaints from players that aren't backed by evidence or the majority. I hope the bugs you suggested get fixed in the near future.
